Lamont is more than coffee, it’s an alter ego for those of us who have to navigate dominate spaces.

The name represents the shift that happens when a woman steps into spaces that often weren’t built for her, especially in male-dominated fields. It’s for the entrepreneurs working long hours, the nonprofit leaders fighting for their communities, and the artists and/or writers creating when the world is asleep, between the hours of too early and too late.

Our vision is for everyone, but our heart is with the women who walk into those rooms as bosses, commanding respect through their presence and their work. For those entrepreneurs whose world doesn’t shift by nine-to-fives alone, but in the in-between hours. Where belief outweighs sleep and vision outpaces doubt. It’s for the leaders who’s motivated by the very youth whose photos hang on their wall or the creator whose lips are pressed into a line of concentration at 3:47am.

Drinking a cup of Lamont. is a ritual. It’s the fuel that helps each person step fully into their power, to be seen, heard, and respected because they’ve earned it.
